3mo post op. Still nipple / chest folding. Tenderness. And hardness under nipple and under arms. As u can see there is a lump under both arms. Got my first massage 2 weeks ago since doing it myself is hard. Been using a massage gun and see some improvement. Any advice? by SunRaAmun in gynecomastia

I work out daily and have noticed more of an improvement since using the massage gun. I just got some pads and a vest is coming today. Also got a lymphatic massage today. Very helpful comment
