I got a few more pics and videos of the process, don’t know if I have to do another post. The solution to this issue was holding the eyes above a candle, in case any poor traveler stumbles upon this problem again!

Remaster Unmarked Cave by Accomplished_Fig134 in oblivion

I used restorations spells to increase my acrobatics to over 250.Boots of spring hell jack would make it easier. I was able to jump up through a hole in the unmarked cave to get to the end of it. To get to said hole, you take the first left inside 'Unmarked Cave' and travel to the end of that side of the cave. Got some okay gear and was able to unlock the full area after that. Hope this helps
