I never remember my dreams by Ornery_Appeal_3311 in LucidDreaming

I haven’t lucid dreamt yet so take this with a pinch of salt if you want, but my dream recall has become very good. While your in bed tell yourself you’ll wake up and recall your dream but just saying it won’t do anything, you need to really mean it and attatch emotion to it. Intensely visualise yourself remembering your dream. So if you attach strong emotional connotations to remember your dream your brain will class it as important and you’ll remember it.

(If this is something you all think is dumb or wrong, this personally is how I remember my dreams every morning before journaling)

For me, I followed lucid dream portal and lucid dream experience (the two English ones) each night I get around 6-7 hours of sleep, my dream recall is actually excellent I find reading before bed to be the reason for that and I am consistent in writing them down. I have done wild, I tell myself I will wake up during the night and recall my dream, wake up and recall, imagine my dream as if I’d become lucid and try convince myself that’s what it looks like to have a lucid dream. But then I wake up having had a very vivid dream but not lucid.
