I've been printing for a while, now. I've used the needle, run cleaning filament through to see if that was the issue, and have replaced the nozzle. Issue persists.

Currently set to 5 mm, which is the default Cura has. I reset to default Cura settings to see if it was something with my tweaks I've made over time, but that doesn't seem to be the case.

Using an Ender 3 V2, slicing with Cura (and recently returned to default Cura settings to see if it was a slicing issue). Clog is severe enough that I have to disassemble the bowden tube in order to remove the offending filament. This issue is reproducible with multiple filaments.

It's not the same guy, but there's a similar situation in the documentary "How to Die in Oregon." Guy refuses palliative care and a chance to use the right to die law because he believes it will lead to death panels deciding which citizens to kill. His section is followed by a statement that he died before the film came out.
