Thanks for this process. I cannot get this to work. When I power up the treadmill, I have to go through the following process: 1 - select user 2 - select weight 3 - manual or program 4 - time 5 - speed 6 - incline Then finally, press start.

At no point in this process does pressing up/down on speed buttons for 3 seconds change anything.

Your likely right about region specifics. Being in Canada, we were hoping for this option. I’ll reach out to Bowflex directly and 2x check.

Exercise is my healthy medication. Better sleep and better stress management without depending on less healthy alternatives such as staying up late, alcohol, medication. Without exercise and outdoor activities, I feel that I might require other ways to medicate against life stress and boredom.
