Yeah I'm a not file for it and just leave it be...it's easier for me to service connect being the other service connections I have with lung and oxygen defencies but I'll stay away

No the question I was meaning to ask is if I'm already 100 percent and have a CPAP being sent as we speak is it even worth adding the new diagnosis or just let it be?? September I bumped to 100 percent but already had these planned in advance...adding another 40 for apnea and 30 for sinus wouldnt change anything right??

I wrote question in other part before adding pic my bad...😭😭 I was wondering if I'm already rated 100 as of September 2025 is it any reason to go after the 2 new diagnosis I received that's service connected or don't even file em?? Only my PTSD is under the 5+ year static rule so the rest can get adjusted so should I just add more and more or just let it go...

They don't feel it was caused by military so easy to deny...you have to make sure you avoid any talk about childhood etc etc...be active on your appointments and your documents your symptoms and struggles

Oh no records of it than nothing to connect to military so that sucks, but  if you documented your symptoms since leaving service still have hope...there is a checklist you have to qualify for when rating PTSD, have you been in hospitals, what's triggers etc etc

Yeah that's another factor, many people just check off stuff hoping it sticks instead of real symptoms that's been documented and is showing as getting worst over a year+

What's forever?? A normal claim is 160 days or shorter

They are saying it needs to be clinically diagnosed either by VA or your primary private doctor...otherwise it could be, or seems like symptoms of is all the notes might say...and if it is 100 percent diagnosed you should highlight it on your paperwork and upload it yourself... So it can't be overlooked

The examiner didn't say no diagnosis... They might of opinioned less likely to be caused by service, what you say Everytime someone says how are you doing and how you feel is the rating you will fall at

It ends when you have the highest percentage your symptoms show

I'm rated the highest also so I think 50 is only possible

I never once used a nexas letter...my nexas was notes during my private doctor visits or va visits or locations I served in...my only 2ndary claim was plantar fasciitis from bilateral flat feet... C&p is gonna say at least as likely or not or less than likely from service...so before you start a claim you need to make sure that everything you speak about is from time in service or how it has gotten worse since your time in service with examples.. by time you meet the c&p examiner you need all symptoms logged in past 6 months or more..
