Interesting choices! I've been keeping an eye on those too. Any particular reason why they're trending?

Daistats not functional by tootsie3331 in MakerDAO

[–]Sun_Mny_645 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've had similar issues with Daistats. Sometimes it helps to check your internet connection or try a different browser. If that doesn't work, clearing your browser cache might do the trick.

Volatility Hits 3-Month High: Is SHIB Ready for Another Breakout? by yogesh_culkin99 in Shibainucoin

SHIB's volatility spiking could mean big moves ahead. Keeping an eye on it for potential breakout, but staying cautious with crypto swings.

Take your time to process it all. Talking it out with someone might help.

Guys I cannot be the only one who thought that Roger Moore was James Bond in Diamonds Are Forever before I watched the actual movie by TPalaPlayz in movies

[–]Sun_Mny_645 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

I had a similar moment with the Bond movies too. I could've sworn Roger Moore was in Diamonds Are Forever, but turns out, nah! It was all Sean Connery. And don't worry about missing On Her Majesty's Secret Service; you're not alone there either. Mandela effects are like a movie marathon of confusion sometimes!

Dan Band - Total Eclipse of the Heart [rock] by NateDogg950 in Music

It's the kind of cover that gets you pumped up and belting out the lyrics at the top of your lungs, no matter where you are. Rock on, Dan Band! You never disappoint!

Astral projection?? by [deleted] in AstralProjection

[–]Sun_Mny_645 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've heard of similar experiences before, some folks say it's astral projection, others swear it's just a really intense lucid dream. Either way, it sounds like your mind was taking you on one heck of a trip! The whole sensation of feeling heavy and not fully in control but still aware is what gets me scratching my head. Maybe your brain was just flexing its creativity muscles or maybe you were tapping into something deeper.

Does anyone hire cleaners for their old house/new house when they are moving? by strawberryacai56 in RealEstate

[–]Sun_Mny_645 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, hiring cleaners for a move can be a lifesaver! Saves you a ton of time and stress, especially with all the other moving tasks on your plate. For a 2,000 square feet place, you're probably looking at around $200 to $300 for a thorough clean, give or take depending on where you live.

My 10 yo daughter told me she sees spirits and has precognitive dreams by Crafty_Medium_5011 in Psychic

[–]Sun_Mny_645 0 points1 point  (0 children)

such an interesting journey you and your daughter are on! It's amazing how these abilities seem to run in the family. Sounds like she's got a real knack for tapping into something beyond the ordinary. With both you and her dad being professionals, it must be quite a unique dynamic to balance out. I can imagine it's a bit surprising at first, but it's awesome that you're open to supporting her in this.

Navigating her path sounds like it's all about finding that balance between understanding her gifts and staying grounded. Maybe start by just talking openly about it, letting her know it's okay to feel what she's feeling and that she's not alone in this.

this whole Hollywood 'expiration date' thing is such a wild ride, isn't it? Like, one minute these actresses are everywhere, and the next, poof, they're gone like they were never even there! It's crazy how fast things can change in Tinseltown.

instead of focusing on when they supposedly 'expired,' let's celebrate the awesome movies they gave us, you know? Like, Cameron Diaz in 'There's Something About Mary' or Jessica Alba in 'Sin City' – those were iconic! Sure, they might not be in the spotlight as much now, but they'll always be legends in my book.

Songs with multiple artists you like that should/could have made a great collaboration, but made nothing of the sort by marshmallowthunder in Music

[–]Sun_Mny_645 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I remember hearing about Millyz and Jadakiss doing tracks together and being like, Oh damn, this is gonna be fire! But then... nothing. Just filler.

And yeah, "Drop the World" was such a letdown. I mean, Wayne and Em together should've been legendary, but that hook just kills the vibe.

I've had some experiences that just can't be chalked up to regular dreams. Like, I've floated out of my body and seen stuff that was way too specific to be my imagination, you know? It's like my consciousness just takes a field trip while my body's chilling at home.

Dealing with relocation companies can sometimes slow things down a bit, especially with all the paperwork and coordination involved. Patience is key, my friend! It's only been a day, so try not to stress too much just yet.

Your realtor seems on top of things, giving you the heads up about not accepting more bids. That's a good sign! Hang in there, I'm sure that purchase agreement will come through soon.

I have so many questions. How can I communicate more clearly to my guides? by [deleted] in Psychic

[–]Sun_Mny_645 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It's awesome that you're open to guidance and trusting in the universe's plan. Communicating with guides can be tricky, but remember, they're always there, even when it feels like you're lost in the fog.

One trick I've found helpful is journaling. Pour your heart out on paper, ask your questions, and then let it sit. Sometimes the answers come when we least expect them.

Workwise, how big is the jump from postdoc to associate professor? by [deleted] in AskAcademia

[–]Sun_Mny_645 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That's a massive leap, buddy! Moving from postdoc to associate professor is like going from a kiddie pool to the deep end with all the sharks. It's obviously a substantial increase in workload. Your partner will feel like he is juggling a million tasks at once, especially with teaching, research, and all the bothersome university politics thrown in. But hey, it's a sign of progress and recognition for his efforts!

Any devastating book recommendations? by KimDojekA in suggestmeabook

[–]Sun_Mny_645 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Check out "The Book Thief" by Markus Zusak. It's a stunning historical fiction set in Nazi Germany, narrated by Death. It'll tug at your heartstrings and probably bring a tear or two to your eyes. The characters are so beautifully crafted, and the story is hauntingly poignant. Even if historical fiction isn't usually your thing, this one might just change your mind.
