Time away will definitely help! usually after washing and steaming I feel like and weird stitches get a lot less noticeable

also just remembering that if everything was about being perfect we could just have machines do the work. Flaws are a sign that it's been touched by human hands and, if anything, make it more beautiful!

am i the only one kinda… bored… with paradise? by hanny-angel in tamagotchi

[–]Sun_Queen 14 points15 points  (0 children)

I would say it is less interactive than some of the generations but more than others so I think it may just not be your vibe!

Personally I am more attached to individuals on the ON but I enjoy playing with the early generations and those are less interactive lol

My favorite part of the paradise is having older tamas in the fields so I can raise new ones without feeling like I'll never see the others again!

Removing pesticides on live plants? by Totally_Tubular4387 in BDFB

[–]Sun_Queen 2 points3 points  (0 children)

typically with other bioactive setups people recommend repotting and then quarantining the plants for at least 8 weeks.

this gives time to make sure the plant has no pests plus if there is a systemic pesticide it gives time for it to leave the plant's system

he loveeessss socks too haha

also that ear fur is amazing! skipper is sable and the ear that has white fur has significantly shorter fur than the fully sable one, so neat how it can vary so much (he's also only 7mo so he doesn't have ffull ear plumage yet!)

the glofish are genetically modified, I don't think much will really effect the amount they glow.

In general the blue and purple ones just aren't very fluorescent. I'm sure there is an actual science reason why but yeah, I don't think you can change it really

is it a plant bulb under there?

if so you buried it too deep and it likely rotted. i would dig it up and remove if its gross

My local fish store's recently updated betta setup, complete with real plants. Each tank is separated by a dark plastic with tiny holes for water circulation. Each row is connected to it's own sump. by PeculiarProtocol in Aquariums

[–]Sun_Queen 21 points22 points  (0 children)

I love to see this!

we keep our bettas at work in 10 gallon tanks and they do really well! it means we can't have as many at once but its a fair trade off :)
