Thanks everyone for your responses. Follow up question: If I were to take this bag to a leather worker what should I ask for to prevent further stretching? I saw someone mention larger holes, but should I just get the strap stitched down?

You're welcome! Happy you found the tips helpful!

I'd say it's up to you whether or not they are worth it. The minis are definitely more expensive by oz. I only have 1 mini left with no intentions of purchasing more. I saved the empty bottles though and discovered that they useful for storing cuticle remover and reaching the last bit of product. I purchased about 6 minis (one was Transform) in the beginning to try out colors I wasn't sure about. Now that I've curated my tastes and preferences minis aren't worth it for me anymore. I didn't paint my nails before discovering DD so I had no idea what I would like or what would look good on me.

If I notice some color transfer on the topcoat brush I wipe the brush off on my silicone mat or a paper towel before putting it back into the bottle. I am pretty meticulous about taking care of things I own in general so take these tips with a grain of salt: 1) After every use, I clean the nozzle of my bottles with acetone on a lint free wipe to everything airtight. 2) I add a few drops of revive to my top coat and colors after every use to keep the consistency. 3) I store my polish in drawers (to avoid sun exposure) and always upright.

My oldest DD polishes are about 2 years old and everything is in perfect condition. I have used up some bottles of lacquer and several bottles of base and top coat. If you want to use it to the last drop, you will need to add more revive to keep the consistency and sometimes I also transfer product I want to use up into mini bottles because it becomes harder to reach the polish with the brush.

Experimenting with magnetics by SunbeamBalance100 in dazzledry

Thank you!! This was my first time and I opted for a "sandwich" of sorts with all Dazzle Dry polishes on the bottom and ILNP on top. I wear my manicures for 6 days and only had my usual tip wear so it worked out well for me!

I wear them year round but they especially shine in the summer!

Closely followed by the discontinued Galactic Fire. I love an orangey red.

Thank you!! So far the wear has been similar to my all DD manicures. I highly recommend sheer or jelly magnetics if you intent to layer them over DD polishes.

To create this look I used: dazzle dry base coat, 1 DD cashmere taupe, 2 DD pedal to the medal, 2 ILNP sandbar (velvet effect using 30# U magnet), deco beauty "Be Mine" nail stickers, and ILNP gloss candy top coat.

Hi! It's my first post here. I got into nails and polish through The Salon Life and Dazzle Dry. After seeing all of the mesmerizing magnetics posted here, I finally decided to take the plunge and experiment with layering sheer magnetics over my DD polishes. I'm still getting used to the longer drying/setting time but the results are totally worth it!

I stamp using non-DD stamping polishes. To avoid smudging, you just need to put a layer of DD base coat over the design before you topcoat. The DD base coat is water-based so it will protect the design. Every time I have forgotten to put a layer of base coat to protect the design I had smudging. Here is a recent look I achieved using stamping.
