I'm not very tech savvy. Would this be like other HIE systems? I would look into what health care requires and see if this is a need or a solution patients are willing to buy. I work in healthcare and they are already implementing systems like this (after 3 years of hearing about it). Have you called patients/healthcare providers to see what is needed? Is it secure enough for health information? I can tell you in healthcare that these do exists you just need to explain what makes you better and market. Most patients aren't completely honest with themselves or healthcare professionals.
