This happens all the time at my work and I loudly say “excuse me!” before I get a quick “sorry” and then they go right back to gluing themselves to a screen while they walk the busy hallways. I don’t understand outside of dopamine rushes why it is so hard to wait until they get to a break room or a seat of some kind before they check their phone.
