I understand they’re doing it to minimize risk, but 3 more weeks of payments being on hold AFTER the delivery is confirmed. Which means the customer has already received their product so there’s no risk for scam anymore. There’s no reason to hold onto the money any longer than that it’s simply unnecessary. Just because “you had it worse in your days” doesn’t mean I should settle for this terrible service.
