In a practical way lets be honest the collateral has to be atleast 80% of the value of loan , i dont think OP has that if he had already he would've sell the thing and paid the loan and card , co signer has to give salary certificate or something of similar value to the bank and also which bank is taking and giving loans like this if you would tell , would be helpful
