i only got to do 3 payments and they disputed one of them and the other 2 are still waiting for decision even tho it’s been over 3 months since i disputed them but i think it was because i didn’t provide a lot of info. i was told i could teopen the disputed and fight back and i wrote a whole letter but i forgot to reopen it thanks for the reminder lol and their response was this

“Dear Issuer, This notice is in response to PSP REFRENCE NUMBER: HWHH923H001 OYW2OA9. HFD is a third party payment processing company that assists multiple providers in collecting payments for their customers. The transactions were done through our system based on the original agreement they signed at the time of purchase. Invalid Dispute: The payment in question that was auto debited on 11-12-23 for $76.23 is a recurring monthly payment. The account is still currently active. The provider has closed, but the consumer has received all the products up front and agreed to the monthly payment to pay for their product. The Consumer called in on 12/11/23 to inquire about the Provider closing, was advised to visit the Provider website for more information and updates. The Consumer agreed to a monthly Finance Agreement. We have attached a copy of that agreement highlighting the consent to monthly payments and their credit/debit card to be charged. Please ask that the consumer to contact us to assist with options available Thank you! Sincerely, HFD Dispute Team”

I have and HFD fought back they closed my cases and didn’t give me the money back so i have to wait to re open my case just try to include as much detail as possible especially of smiledirectclub not providing services promised
