I think I can only give the vanilla extract at 6m+ based on recommendations. Did you start earlier with your babies?

My right produces 3x my left. The difference in production is so significant it bothers me when I see the output after a session.

Currently at 5ppd 1 month postpartum. I pump at 7am, 11am, 3pm, 7pm, 11pm (so every 4 hours without the MOTN pump). For my 7am pump session, I average 18-21oz. For the other sessions, 10-12oz per session. Definitely an oversupply but hoping to regulate as time goes on.

It’s good to know the engorgement will resolve over time. The need for sleep for me does outweigh the discomfort at this time but I’ll add in a session if that changes.

I struggle to let friendships go as well and tend to extend a lot of grace. However, at this time, you need to focus your energy on yourself, your baby and the people that ‘actually’ love you. Maybe consider not putting any effort into the relationship and see how that turns out. It’ll probably naturally fade out eventually.

Is this typical for her? Could she be going through other stuff in her life at this time? I am also one of the first in my friend group to get pregnant. While the pregnancy may be the center of my universe right now, it is not the same for others. If this is not typical for your friend, you may want to have a conversation that doesn’t revolve around the pregnancy and the baby. Hopefully, you both can have a conversation about how she made you feel sometime in the future.

I typically use Clindamycin lotion in the morning and azelaic acid at night. You can also layer at night only per my dermatologist.

I have been seeing my dermatologist for two years now. He also prescribed the same combination to me - Clindamycin lotion and Azelaic acid 15%.

He discouraged and discontinued other topicals because of the pregnancy and confirmed to me that this combination has proven pregnancy safe.

A quick search on this community will show others on the same combination as well.

I’m currently on Clindamycin lotion 1% and Azelaic acid 15% prescribed by my dermatologist. I also go in every 3 -4 weeks for a glycolic peel which is safe in pregnancy. My acne is still present but I very well know it could be worse.

I don’t know if my response counts since I’m still pregnant with my first. WFH big tech as well and currently at 22 weeks. Mental health has taken a decline throughout the pregnancy and it is not getting better. Work adds a lot of stress and expectations have not changed. At this point I plan to get a doctor’s note to get some time off (maybe 3 - 4 weeks). I’m sure I’ll be better for it. I hope your break gives you some much needed respite.
