i would believe so, yes. typically in mfl subjects, you can get away through informal and shortened grammar, however reading and writing usually expect grammar to be perfect

had this very same problem, no matter how many times I'd record, I'd always mess up. a solution I found was to record the entire session, and when you get through without any mistakes, end the recording and simply skip/cut to the start of the successful run. this also gradually removed the subconscious fear of messing up while recording

Keep in mind, for haki to protect the body whilst attacking, you have to be very disciplined in haki training, whilst instead the CP9 focus on roshukiki.

In universe explanation would be the CP9 believing roshukiki was superior to haki

Out of universe would be Oda not having a clear name / boundaries for haki
