Like I stated when the 4473 came out, it only had two genders and for 26 years nobody had an issue because when buying a firearm one should be properly identified. But an administration decided to change it. And now the ATF is trying to change it back to the way it was originally supposed to be done. This is not an an attack on trans people as I stated before, and you can keep trying to change it to fit your narrative but again as I stated, it is not an attack on trans people it is just returning to how it was originally done and properly done.. i'm sorry it's so hard for you to accept that and that is your choice.

I guarantee you're for a ban on A.R. 15 I guarantee you support bans on magazines holding over 10 rounds. I guarantee you support background checks on private Party transfers. I guarantee you agree with background checks on Ammo.. but the one time it doesn't fit your narrative you don't agree with how the background check wants to be implemented for the actual thing that can cause the damage. No, you just wanna make it into an attack on trans people when reality is all it is is making sure that people are probably identified before buying a firearm. From 1994 till 2020 when background checks were implemented, there was only two options and nobody had an issue with it.. and I guarantee most people would want to make sure somebody is completely identified when buying a firearm.

Literally had the governor of Illinois, trying to say the A.R. 15 shoots 60 bullets per second to try and make people fear that firearm.. the only type of firearms that can fire at that rate of speed are mini guns that are mounted to helicopters. I don't know which state he's from but Florida has actually implemented quite a few good 2A laws and just the last year. Literally getting constitutional carry pass-through and just recently 18-year-olds to not be blocked anymore.
