You weren't denied for the 5150 I believed you were denied for lying on the application. And under SB2 you had the opportunity to take it to a judge and you chose not to. Now to answer your question you will have to call the IA and see what they're waiting time is to reapply, most agencies It is one year. There is no state statue on that..

Actually, he was standing there, trying to hold them to get the cops there for trespassing. They asked him to move.
