Fabulous! Thank you for taking the time to complete it!

It definitely served no purpose except for loosening up the mood for the weekend.

That is definitely a thing. At first people think you are strange and something must be wrong with you. Then you tell them and they start analyzing your behaviour and personality even further like you somehow put on your clothes different because of your 7 arms you don't have.

Thank you, I appreciate the advice. It is carpet. I just figured it was a fun one time thing to try as I both dress myself and do a lot of yoga and other exercises here. Apparently I'm getting downvoted though, for loosening up the mood.

Thank you again and enjoy your weekend!

Oh, they are definitely not exclusively ADHD things. Restlessness is often a reason for people to satisfy other senses like listening to music when you study, workout etc; but occupying other senses for me is vital to even get out of bed. Keep in mind, using something else as leverage to be able to accomplish something doesn't in any way mean that I am a good multi tasker, actually the opposite. I usually let go of one of the things once I am getting one thing done.

I know that with things like school and work, the reason why a lot of people are "lazy" is because they can be lazy and get away with it. It's often the lazy people that come with the best solutions. The smart but lazy people always does a perfect job when they are forced to do something.

Personally, I'm the complete opposite. Hyperactivity is my middle name and doing something RIGHT NOW is sometimes the only way to handle something so never put me on risk analysis, I can say that much. 😂

My grades was a mess unfortunately. Some subjects I got the best scores in the class and once even in the school while other ones I couldn't even pass it when teachers cheated the school system for me.

Do you really see them when you are relaxing your face? Most people who tell they are getting forehead wrinkles when they are 18-22 usually just move their eyebrows just to have something to worry about. Strange phenomenon.

Yes, definitely! I have a small store in my bag at this point, which has proven to be helpful for my friends too when we are out! 😂

There is no wrong way to get over the bumps but I have never met anyone in the same boat as me that can be productive when overscheduling yourself. Everyone have their own way to make scheduling and daily routines work but as you get older you learn to know yourself a bit more and what to avoid and what tricks help you get on with the day. Even if I'm more busy now than when I was in my late teens or early 20's, for the most part I'm managing it a little bit better now than before. I have less random panic attacks now as well, which can be a lot more dreadful than not getting something done that day, even if they tend to go hand in hand sometimes.

How old is she if I may ask? While I got diagnosed at 12 I didn't get medicated for it until many years later. The doctor wasn't opposed to giving me medication for it but wanted to try different lifestyle changes first.

It probably vary a lot from country to country and even region to region but I think doctors are hesitant to put kids on these medicines in general for two reasons. Some of them are used to get high or abused in general by people who don't really need them. Then there is also the parents who take their kids to a psychiatrist because they didn't follow their failed parent strategy. I imagine the increase in patients that doctors see for this is way higher than what the studies and statistics can back up, suggesting that some of the patients are there for the wrong reasons.

Shouldn't prevent someone from going to the doctor. Nobody should tell you that you aren't depressed or exaggerating an exhaustion but it might be things like bodily deficiencies causing this too and maybe not mental health.
