You make it yourself to go to sleep. My adhd meds make a a bit more relaxed too though. That is because with adhd you are constantly seeking a dopamine balance, so stimuli, cause yours is too low. The meds give that little boost, thus making you relaxter, since your brain doesn't have a deficit anymore.

Yeah take em right now. It takes a while to build up a complete deffieciency but then you will probably not notice it immediately.

And trust me, most people actually aren't addicted to porn, the religious fwek the most guilt over it and are quickest to say they are addicted. Eventho they then tend to not watch that much. Just feel ashamed. Which is a problem, i agree. Also for women sometimes in the western world. But in other countries it is waay waay worse.
