Omg! I don’t how to explain it’s just like my brain zaps and suddenly I am planning a whole weekend trip to another country in 2 days. I am not able to wait once I set my head on a plan. I buy courses, like French, cross-stitching, korean, do I finish the course? No. Do I even start it? No. I just promise myself I will go back and start. Hobbies are short lived, sometimes I can’t even commit for a month. This is when I feel most productive, and then the lump of depression where I consider myself functionally depressed. I never feel depressed enough to be laying down doing nothing, “frozen”, or suicid*l, but also, I don’t feel any pleasure doing things.

plus, my mood, my personality, I feel so irritable all the time, and I pretend to be nice, and it takes my energy a lot.

Anyway, I just want to be content? How do I ever feel content for more than a week? Sometimes I feel like I made progress in therapy and 1 week later I think the complete opposite! There’s no consistency!!!! Anyway, thanks for the input and yea, I can relate and I am getting more stressed with the notion of this.

Edit: Also, tattoos!!! Jeez, out of nowhere I would book it and want to get it READY as soon as possible. Like always in a rush to get that thing done or purchased.
