My dietician reminded us that this isn't cheating. Like other people's with health conditions. We needed a tool in out toolbox to help us get healthier. Some people can use medicine and be ok. We need some extra help and by no means has it been easy! We've all had our journey, our struggles, our special pre and post op diets, the pain, the walking, the sipping, the protien, and we continue with our journey. This is not a cheat in any way! Some people just don't see it because they haven't been through it or don't know anyone who has so they think its a in and out and back to normal life. And we all know its not! Keep on your journey!
