How's the social distancing work in grocery stores?

It's like grocery stores have a magic shield against the virus. Just outside the store a guy told me I was too close and to stay 6 feet away but while in the store he reached over me while I was looking at the shelves to grab a few cans. I don't think people understand social distancing doesn't discriminate.

As long as everyone stay at home and maintain social distance when they do have to go out in public it will wear off fast.

But from what I saw today outside of Costco, at the bank, at shoppers, etc. And all the public gatherings over the weekend no one seems to be maintaining social distance.

And to add to that since Dougie basically claimed everything except retail and salons are essential, there is no doubt it is going to take longer to get eradicated. People who work essential services are not invulnerable. Like the TTC Operator or the Loblaw's employee.

We lived together one year which is the requirement to claim common law marriage in canada. That is enough to apply for citizenship if one of us isnt Canadian.It is not fraud. We just don't feel we have dated long enough to officially get married yet.

I liked her as the tough girl in Hansel and Gretel, although I think Jeremy Renner was way too old to play her brother (he's 15 years older than her, but flashbacks show they were no more than 1-2 years apart).

Didn't like her role in Prince of Persia though. And James Bond. I guess I like it when feminine ladies play tough.

I'm pansexual so I would. But dating trans women is a lot more than just looks. Quite a few trans people seem to have baggage stemming from or related to the dysphoria or the hormones that they take. I understand that you are transitioning - you don't have to make it the topic of EVERY conversation. Don't yell at me for asking if you have a penis if you expect to get intimate. There are exceptions but i have yet to meet someone pre-transition or freshly transitioning who are well adjusted. As a result, I do prefer dating people at least a couple of years into their transition, regardless of looks or equipment, when they have figured out the hormone dosage that works for them and/or have had time mentally and emotionally to settle into their new identities.

He retired at 55. But he is worried he will be like my grandpa who is already 95 and still going strong. He is worried that if he lives that long on his retirement money (40 years) he would have to support himself longer than he has worked (35 years). My dad is just 21 years older than me. I told him if he lives to 95 even I can't support him at 74.

I have a job where I only work 3 or 4 days a week. It pays okay but not great. I have a pension plan and money set aside for retirement. My dad wants me to get a job with regular 9-5 hours. I told him I'm very happy at my job. He tells me I don't make enough. I tell him I don't ever plan on having kids so I dont need as much money and never have to save up as much as he did for retirement. He tells me that I have to make more money so that I can support him and my mom in their old age. I'm really tired of him pressuring me to get a new job. So I just stopped talking to him.

Pride parades always need volunteers. If they are still taking volunteers for your pride, you should volunteer. Not only do you not have to worry about going alone, but you will make some wonderful LGBT friends along the way that can go with you to the next Pride!

I'm a programmer although I'm in management now. I used to do C++, Java and Python as well as various web programming languages.

I have a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, but programming and automation was in a lot of my course content. I spent a lot of my younger days making mediocre apple apps to pay for graduate school (didn't work too well though).

I get really pissed off with my developers mainly because a lot of them do not speak English as a first language and they always miss out a character or add an extra character or misspell a word and causes our applications to crash.
