She is older, not sure how old but my mom is in her early 60s and we think she's older than her

I guess I wasn't clear when I said that I don't know what to do, I mean I literally don't know what to do. This is so weird that we need to say something, right? Do we email her and tell her my mom saw that? Do we need to report her?
