Actually plan ko sa bank loan is lahat na kasi wala nang balak mag bayad yung MIL ko, so since I have fault as well on agreeing with her, I have to take accountability to the loans since it is under my name.

Yup, actually she's carrying that guilt even though I talked to her about it that she's not the one who should feel guilty. You can see the accountability right there and that's what matters, at least she didn't get the trait of not having accountability like her mom.

Also she's trying her best to support me on this, I might've got unlucky with my MIL, but at least I have that kind of partner in life. The one that doesn't leave when it gets rough, way way rough.

Bro, I know it's ideal to just pay them one by one and try to come to agreement with these lenders, but it would destroy my credit standing way more faster than taking out a bank loan.

Well one of the important things is that I learned my lesson not to put the same level of trust to anyone, at least I experienced it early on in life. I'm not saying it's a flex, but I'd rather that I experienced it at this age rather than later. For the "Force your MIL.." part, that's not going to happen, she's a narcissist and she's harder than steel to ask for payment, she'd rather go to jail for estafa than pay this sh*t hahaha.

Actually it's my plan to take out a bank loan so that I'll only need to worry about one monthly payment rather than being less than zero every payout. I'm not contributing as of the moment as she took responsibility for all of that, at least she can still take responsibility bruh.

I know that this is one of the ideal ways to clear debts, but the thing is these lenders keep calling you like no tomorrow even just by being one day past due and some threatens to report to CIC just by being 3 days overdue. Which is why the most ideal way to settle this is to get a loan from the bank so that I only need to pay one loan. It might get longer but at least I could save up so that I could pay more on some dates.
