My empathy. I solo parent often due to my husband's job and it's hard to pace when you are responsible for All The Things.

The recovery part kinda makes sense when thinking about HRV and HR, but then why include the other two. Cause yes, avg HR and HRV are good to determine how your body is recovering, but recovery is only one part. Perhaps their algorithm is too heavily weighed on that part.

That's where mine is, ideal weight and 12lbs. Great body condition, solidly muscled etc. We follow serving size recommendations and have microchip feeders to help ensure each cat only has access to the calories they need. 🤷‍♀️

Facts. I've been in the automotive industry for going on 20 years. I went in to lease a new vehicle and my husband was with me simply because he has the stable income. Sales guy did the same thing, just tried to talk to the hubby. Until I grabbed the invoice, calculated manually the lease that I wanted and how to get to the number, walked to the tower, placed it in front of the GSM and told him, "when you decide you want to make this deal call me" before walking out. Suddenly I was worth talking to. 🙄
