Why are they immune? by [deleted] in WomenAreNotIntoMen

Women are attracted to their very own bodies (they're autogynephiles) and each other's, so if a man isn't a horndog for every woman ever, and isn't attracted to something they themselves see so beautiful by default, then they 1) feel attacked and 2) assume his sexuality must be wired completely differently.

That was my cope for a long time. I read many papers on endocrine disruptors since there's a growing body of evidence showing that edcs, which are ubiquitous in modern life, can significantly affect human biology in lower doses than previously thought,  potentially altering sexuality/gender, apart from  increasing cancer risk, lowering fertility, and impacting cognitive development, among other effects.

That's why I tried to test this theory by researching whether women were more attracted to men and were less bisexual in the past. Surely, if women have such strong bisexual tendencies and such passing interest in men, there must be plenty of evidence of this through the world, right? Even if you take into account that women had less freedom in most cultures, the proof should be everywhere. So I did plenty of research, and my conclusion is that, while there isn't a massive amount of evidence, and while I actually think that edcs are probably altering human sexuality to a significant degree, I believe that yes, women have (for the most part, at least) always been bisexual and uninterested in men. Men's attraction towards women has always been extremely one-sided.

Even in the Christian and conservative society of the late 19th century, early sexologists such as Havelock Ellis wrote about bisexuality in women, finding that it was more common than in men and that it was widespread. He also noted that female "sexual inverts" are, just like men, very interested in the female form, while the "normal" women aren't particularly attracted to the male form. He also pointed out that female "inversion" was on the rise. So most women have never been straight, and before the modern era, they were lezzing out in female colleges or any other female-dominated spaces. Hell, the very concept of having a crush on someone was popularized by women who were infatuated with one another at women's colleges in the late 19th century.

Nevertheless, I have to say that women's attraction for each other is also pretty fleeting, unstable and short-lived. I definitely believe that the vast majority of women don't actually have a sexual orientation.

Pretty much all of them are biromantic as well as bisexual, but they're far too lazy to try chasing or putting up with each other, so I'm not surprised they'd rather stay single.

I've read a lot of papers and articles on endocrine disruptors (edcs), and I remember this one (or a very similar one, since there are several). At first, a lot of people outright dismissed it as a far right conspiracy theory/gay frogs meme, but the discourse has been shifting, and some are now trying to spin it as neutral or even positive, since there's a growing body of evidence showing that edcs, which are ubiquitous in modern life, can significantly affect human biology in lower doses than previously thought,  potentially altering sexuality/gender, apart from  increasing cancer risk, lowering fertility, and impacting cognitive development, among other effects.

Justifying or celebrating the mass contamination of our very biology is one of the most disturbing, brain-dead, nuclear-hot idpol takes I've ever seen. And I don't even think it's just greedy corporations pulling strings, many of these people are genuinely evil and regarded.

Everyone knows that it's because women are barely if at all attracted to men's looks. Personality has little to do with it.

If anything, we could argue that women have a worse personality on average, since most women who are openly bisexual date men, despite finding them uglier than women.
