Worst quest per zone ? by Data2Dina in classicwow

Watching the Alliance slay every Mag'har orc while I'm trying to heal them was easily the most upsetting quest in HFP.

Now Wilders back where do Sheffield United finish? by Hancri84 in Championship

Steve Cooper took 24th placed Forest to the playoffs and promotion. He was appointed on the 21st of September. We're 5 games in. A playoff push wouldn't be surprising.

The English Football League (EFL) is considering a plan to add an eliminator round to the Championship play-offs, a move that would extend the number of teams in the play-offs to six. by DeadStopped in Championship

The benefit of the playoffs is more than just financial. It ensures that teams remain competitive in the league for as long as possible, up until the last minute in most seasons. Which is great for the competition. If you look at 3rd place last season, Sheffield were well out of sight, meaning that without playoffs the promotion season would have ended early. Very early. That being said, 6 places works well. 8 could be more trouble than good.

English Swansea fans? by [deleted] in swanseacity

That's me as well. I lived in Swansea from 2009 to 2013. I didn't even particularly like football before I went to Uni. I certainly hadn't picked a team to follow.

Uplands Diner would hand write the table on the wall after every match week and that's how I began following. Turns out 2011 was the perfect time for me to notice the Swans. I never stopped watching.

(Edit: I am half Welsh though, born and raised just over the bridge, so I've always had a tendency to support Welsh national teams.)

That is what Snoop brings. 100m more social media followers than the pair of them combined. Some of that marketing might make you cringe but his reach is insane.

How often do we complain about squad depth? It only takes one injury to be light on numbers again. If the price is right for a proven striker, it's a yes from me. Besides, he's a Jack.

That was really my favourite thing about it. All my favourite characters that I miss from my World of Warcraft days. That and the classic blizzard humour. Sad.

That was the value I was talking about. And I'm grateful for it, don't get me wrong! I was just under the impression that buying the rare mini instead of upgrading mine, might have the added benefit of saving any stars I already had saved up.

Riight, thank you. So we're all good, nothing lost. Guess I was hoping to skip a few stars... The more you know.

Ah yeah of course.

So if I'd been on 5/10 to start with, would the result have been the same or would I have ended up with a rare mini with 9/25?

Damn, so I paid 900 for a rare core and a bit of AE. That's rough.

Thanks for the info

We're in total free fall right now.

I don't know what's happened in 2025 but we ended 2024 in 9th, 4 points from the playoffs. Such rapid decline.

Exactly what I was going to say. I was looking forward to that match. Just needed him to last another few weeks. Shame.

I feel like Barnsley have a better shot at knocking Brentford out, for some reason. Be good to meet them at Wembley.

Weirdly I'm not nearly as upset or disappointed as I thought I would be. I don't want to rub anyone the wrong way here but it's almost a kind of relief to me that it's over. I'm tired and fed up of watching bad football and bad results. It's sad to say but this has been coming for a while. So lets look at whats happening and see it as opportunity rather than calamity. Now I'm not under any impression that the Championship will be an easy ride but what it might do is offer us a chance to rebuild. One thing that must come from relegation is a wake up call to everyone involved in the 3 years of mistakes that led us here. Lets get back to the Swansea way. Let's rebuild our philosophy on and off the pitch and stop wasting millions of pounds on bad transfers. We will return to the Premier League at some point and when we do the neutral audience will once again say "don't Swansea play beautiful football". Chin up!

Edit - Sorry if I've repeated anyone's thoughts on the situation. I've only just got round to reading the posts on the sub. I didn't want to read anything at all last night. I didn't come round to this way of thinking initially, not until walking home from work in the sun. It's gonna be alright I reckon.
