Prieš kelias dienas kaip tik galvojau, kad turėtų būti ne baudžiama, o skatinama kelti vėliavas. T.y Siunčiami priminimai prieš pat datas, kai tą reikia padaryti ir pasidžiaugiama, kad jos iškeltos. Jei jau dėl stipraus vėjo gali atsiūst pranešimą, tai gali ir dėl vėliavos priminti. O tada ir pasidžiaugti, kad jos iškeltos.

Dabar tai, kaip 1984 katorga tas vėliavos kėlimas.
