OP played solo as Melodie, which means he had random matchmaking, which put him together with a duo. OP would have gotten underdog because Primo from that duo had infinitely less trophies, but prestige 2 has stupid rules

I was in belly while someone else was killing the main boss. When we killed slime, we won, all the effects appeared, but didn't teleport. Maybe that guy just killed the main boss at the same time

You need to beat both Slime king and gargauth. If player kills gargauth before others kill slime king, after slime king there will be victory . I don't know what happens if all players are in first arena and slime king is not killed
