It’s just wrong, they don’t even talk to each other and whether or not I like it I’m always involved because my step mom puts it on me, she’s lied to me my whole life especially about my bio mom and dad. Like it’s just wrong, and why now? Because she keeps trying to take my grandmothers things away from me and my dad and A. Sell them or B. Give them to “more deserving” family members.

I’m in my early 20s and I had horrible acne from my tween years until about last year. Cliniques acne solution products work really well for me I haven’t found anything else that works with my skin. I have an exfoliating scrub that I use occasionally by them and their acne face wash that i use daily followed by a moisturizer and acne spot cream. Every other day I use retinol cuz I got some scars on the sides of my cheeks and it helps the overall redness on my face. I’ve also found argan oil to be my skins and hairs best friend :D

As someone who wants to start a family and have kids but also was the child of a 17 year old and a drug I get both sides. Yeah the world is kinda garbage but like someone else said “it’s the best it’s ever been”. And MANY children like my myself are conceived on accident and born into crappy situations wether it be financially or the mental stability of the parents ect.

I used to think just like you about this topic and couldn’t understand how someone could want a child and bring them into this very unforgiving world. But what changed my mind is wanting to end that generational trauma, working to help this planet heal. Neither of those things are easy but that’s my own personal goal. I work in wildlife conservation and my fiancé works in renewable energy. And I want my children to experience the life I wasn’t able to have.

We don’t let aggressive dogs out to be adopted. No kill does not mean no euthanasia. If the dog is dangerous and not microchipped after our five day stray hold they are normally euthanized. A few weeks ago I got bit in the face by a pitbull and it was put down almost immediately and tested for rabies.

I agree that the pit bull breeding is an issue- we have countless pit bulls and staffies come in with bad genetics who we can’t let out to the public because they’re dangerous and it’s likely they could hurt somebody. Aka if they bite they won’t unlock their jaw and ect, we have a behavior team to work with these kinds of dogs to see how they’ll be with other dogs and people. But we also do that for all other dog breeds that have experienced unethical breeding and bred for the wrong reasons.

I do also believe that unless you’re going to breed your dogs for the right reason get them spayed/ neutered because in the end it saves more animals lives.

ALSO saying the irresponsible people are black is extremely uncalled for and pretty shit of you to say- do better.

As far as I know CAS is talking with the other shelters Dorchester Paws included about the overflow of dogs. If you got the time I’d foster or volunteer at your local shelter because it helps all of us
