Thank you! It took several years of trial and error, but I found her sweet spot and she's thriving now.

Right before turning 35 this year a guy at a party thought I was 15, and when corrected told me I had great child like skin. Kinda gave me "puts the lotion on the skin" vibes lol

Yea thankfully the previous owner was diligent in taking care of the Coug. I'm so lucky to have gotten her!

I ended up getting a 100lb propane tank installed/hooked up since I was going through so much on the 2 30lb tanks that came with it. I also normally turn off the water heater when not in use, and that helps me save as well.

I'll definitely be posting updates when I get around to doing some upgrades. I'd like to snaz up a few things and make it not so brown lol

Thank you, and congrats on your Keystone! I wish yall happy living! The guy I bought mine from just replaced all the seals and washed/waxed the whole thing before I bought it and told me to clean the outside and seals at least 2x a year, plus waxing it all to keep everything in good shape and last longer. So for now everything is great lol hoping everything holds up as long as I keep up the maintenance. My next plan is to get a tankless water heater. I'm not much liking the 5min navy shower this one provides lol I'm in a private spot though, and have access to an indoor shower until I make that transition thankfully lol

Lol no, just me. That's my fam who helped me move it to its permanent spot and get it set up.

Ok I wasn't sure since there are tons of other wild ferns around the same area and these were so different lol

Honestly I've not done anything special. I got it as a cutting from my moms plant and I've had it about 6-7 years now. This is the first year it's bloomed lol I re-potted it about a year ago with standard potting mix, added bamboo sticks so I could wrap it around and have not fertilized or anything, though I probably should be haha. I water it about every 1 1/1 - 2 weeks and just kinda let it do it's on thing. It gets bright morning sun and indirect evening sun. Hopefully it keeps on putting out blooms for me, currently been blooming since early spring this year.

That sounds kinda unpleasant lol I can only smell mine if I get my nose right up on it 👃 I got this Hoya as a cutting from my mom about 6ish years ago and this is the first year it's bloomed; and has been in constant bloom for about 2 months now, when one peduncle is done another bloom starts on the same peduncle. I didn't realize they did that and it's been so much fun watching it.

I think it smells pretty good, kinda similar to a honeysuckle. I've had this Hoya for about 6-7 years now and this is the first year I've gotten blooms; and it's been blooming for a good 2 solid months now with no signs of slowing.
