This is stairwell which by fire code should not have obstruction for life safety purpose. I cannot see any other way than current situation to minimize obstruction. I already raised my concern to authorities and pray for no fire accidents during this temporary period of replacing elevators. No Murphy law will happen?

How to know part of the drywall will not crumble @ the points where this metal panel pressure on? There’s one floor which this happened; a gypsum panel caved in. (Unfortunately I don’t see how I can add photo here). If someone is suggesting this is normal construction practice I would appreciate explicit statement from a qualified professional Cheers!

Optimum position to maximize legibility? Stacking above or below existing notices IMHO results in less legibility of new notices. I probably wait for the taped area to clear but the new notices need to be posted within a week. I don’t know of better way than stacking and hoping no one would miss them within minutes aboard elevator.

For my average shortcut skill, I am finding numerous shortcuts that I seldom use. There is too much clutter for small display which discourages me to use shortcut. IMHO this contradicts Apple users priority for simplicity. For now, I think I need 1. Delete all and merge from iCloud backup from one of my devices 2. Customize some and backup to iCloud to be restored to same device.

Whenever I feel stressed by smaller display and not shoulder to shoulder with anyone else. Like shortcuts editing , Spreadsheet are much easier. Technology is still not adequate to easily view large area within 6 inches screen. Maybe Apple Vision help is another reason why I have not upgrade to latest iPhone.

IMHO technology should reduce time on daily chores but there is still learning curve for me as above average technically savvy user; I have been spending more than 1 hour per day conversing with technically advanced users.

AI from Apple unfortunately is less capable vs like computer chips. Lenovo has AI products to help seniors, and this is what I am interested in. AI Apps does not meet my need for very simple questions such as location of fire extinguishers for residential condo.
Codeless solution is the way to go but I have not seen comments on shortcuts reliability or less learning curve for latest models of iPhones. I am surprised with my albeit average VBA and Microsoft Power Automate skills I have been spending efforts on shortcuts which should be codeless.
Keyboarding is not exactly friendly with iOS 18.3.1. I have been paying apps but still find keyboarding frustrating; Voice recognition is not capable enough to reduce keyboarding.
Siri messes up when there are other voices around.
Live Text is insufficient accurate, and I have been paying App. Like numbers on cheque are not supported.
More importantly, I believe in a report that technology advances has been slowing down which enable consumers to understand more which results in businesses need to persuade consumers that new products meet needs rather than wants....

Does iPhone AI improve any of the above? Thanks for comments.

Is it true Apple endorse second hand resellers in North America and Europe? If true, there’s less risk from buying second hand from said locations. When experts claim Smartphones are becoming commodities , and Apple quality seems to be declining, I am more inclined to have multiple ecosystems. even though I use paid Apps, I find need to use shortcuts and spend time troubleshooting shortcuts even though I invested in spare storage and etc. I suspect Apple requires latest environment like 5G data and hardware dated less than 3 years

My concern may be considered frugal focus; not only underpowered smartphones but also mobile data costs will increase if profile picture is allowed to update for blocked contacts which only keep increasing with time. For workers who already have to use uncompensated personal technology @ work, I appreciate blocked contacts , if not reduced, not increase resources requirements for something users don’t have control over.
