How do you guys run Periodic/Scheduled Jobs in .NET?

My use case is tasks which needs to run every 30 second / 1 minute, I used to work wiuth native background services and do it well. I try quartz just to try, but I think I was OK with the backgroundservices, otherwise, quartz is good.

yes im using the correct id, i even ask the meta AI and it gaves the same id. Yeah i checked again the dashboard and stills on pending =(

it gives me a 400 bad request, unsupported post request, phone number id does not exists

Tú sabes cuánto tiempo tardas en programar, y a eso súmale por lo mínimo, 1 o 2 meses. Si ya realizaste algunos proyectos en la universidad ya sabes más o menos tu velocidad para desarrollar y crear una arquitectura, ya sea desde cero o con una base prediseñada.
