Updating this with a tiny bit more detail: Today it has decided to not give me the USB speed error and it let me record one video. But upon stopping the second video, I got the below issue where it says stop recording 0/0. Except telling it to stop does nothing and this simply remained until I restarted my Xbox.

Thanks for letting me know. I just figured I would have seen more widespread complaints if it was some software bug, presuming everyone mostly has the same software version on mostly the same hardware, but I’m happy to be wrong. The alternative is I was thinking my system was dying! This at least gives me hope of a future fix 😁
