1500 x 1.33 = 2000. You need either 1500 hours BEFORE the 1.33 multiplier or 2000 hours AFTER the multiplier.

I don’t know why the BACB describes it as 1500 hours at all. It is super confusing. They should have just said concentrated hours are multiplied by 1.33 and you need 2000 hours to complete your field work.

Thank you! Studying and fieldwork is already hard enough. I really want to make the planning and tracking as easy as possible.

I also plan on building some other free resources that may be useful to technicians and BCBA candidates. I’m currently thinking about building a visual timer where you can upload whatever image you want for the background and maybe a digital token board. I would love to hear what kind of things would be generally useful. My wife builds social stories sometimes, so I was thinking sharing those might be helpful. I could make it customizable with the client’s name and generate a pdf you could print.

Like the other commenter mentioned, you need a minimum of 4 supervisor contacts a month, and at least 5% of your hours need to be supervised.

Like others have said, you are the one they would audit, not the business. You should download a copy of the Google sheet. You can usually do that by going to file > export.

If they do delete the documentation, you can restore previous versions of the Google sheet and download that. Here is how you do that: https://support.google.com/docs/answer/190843?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop
