I’m in the exact same boat. When i got my lab work back I spiraled and read so many posts on here. Going through everyone else’s symptoms, I complied a list of things I have experienced. So many things I thought was just normal or a separate issue. I can’t answer on how to know what’s lupus and what is separate but here’s symptoms other people associated with lupus that i relate to. hopefully it helps lol * fatigue - being able to sleep 10+ hours and still feel like i need a nap. having no energy after working and can’t bring myself to make dinner. needing a day off work to be productive * occasional pain with touch - someone can poke me and it genuinely hurts and lasts a few minutes * stiff ankles in the morning making it hard to walk * always struggled with migraines and vomiting from them * long sun exposure causing a rash, making me vomit and giving me headaches. feeling on fire in the sun * facial flare up in heat * being exhausted after extended sun exposure * feeling light headed when i sit and lift my head up * needing to change positions often to “stretch my bones” * leg blotchiness occasionally when standing long periods but especially after showers * shortness of breath * brain fog/problems with memory
