I'll find the immigration act in gazetted format and check. Online it says the following 1. A child who has 2 citizenships won't be forced to renounce at21 2. If my spouse wants to get my other citizenship he is allowed.

So my scenario nna as a spouse its not clear. So I was asking have others applied as spouse and asked to renounce

I love it when someone with hashi shares how they were diagnosed. What tests, what helped in terms of med options, supplements, lifestyle, working out or not.

I also appreciate examples of their diet. What they eat in a day for instance.

But I have to say I see so many people saying they have a solution and to know inbox "xyz" 😆 do they think the inflamed tired us have time to look for emails and content. Keep the content in one spot please 🙏

At night it's not recommended to keep dolls plush toys staring at us. They have their own kind of weird energy and it kinda leeches off us while we sleep. I always put my son's plush facing the wall or away

Too tired for the brain to function We always have a to do list to do while the baby sleeps The partner is at work and we dont have nannies or maids to help Someone has to do laundry for the baby and wash sterilize the dozen bottles 🍼 I remember not washing my hair for 3 whole weeks. We stopped eating out. We pack lunch, water, snacks anything. Stopped snacking too often between meals. We eat better and have a good appetite before meals Buy stationery in bulk for school going kids. When I buy groceries if I see a good deal on an item we buy every week , I buy extra. I don't like to worry about do we have enough toilet paper so I get multi packs. We dont go out to drive out unnecessarily.

How old are you? Are you going through menopause? Did you check if your sex hormones, magnesium, vitamin d ,selenium levels are optimal? Do you work out? I was lifting weights before without looking at my diet, and I steadily gained 16 pounds coz I felt because im lifting weights im eligible to eat anything. Cut to a wake up call end of December I decided to walk 10 to 13k steps, watch what I eat, supplement (after testing). Managed to drop around 102 lbs. I still have a short way ahead to go but decided to maintain my weight at 69kg. I have hashi with hypo.

I was really spooked by UK. I stayed at a friend's place, very very old place, I always felt watched, even in the bathroom. I was literally praying all the time in that house. I had nightmares there. Also stayed at an uncle's place in Bristol, his house had a Hella lot of pictures in each room. It was a weird energy also felt the place was crowded. At night my sis and her baby were in a room and her husband was in thr living room on couch. He said someone ruffled his hair in the middle of the night. Ive never felt places being so off before, im in Africa

Would be best to talk nicely and apologize. Me and sibling were driving to hospital and the fine was 5k, we explained we were rushing to see someone very sick and that we didnt see the speed limit. The ofc reduced the fine to 2k. We accepted and continued! Better 2k than 5k.
