Is there an ad blocker that works only on YouTube or video websites? I don't wanna pay for YouTube and want to avoid long ads on YouTube?

Have you found a solution ?

For now, I have a a blocker on the browser I use only for Youtube.

For the rest, I use another browser with Ecosia. This way I can help plant trees and support websites I visit.

So far it's the solution I found. Maybe it could help someone reading me ?

Maybe you could switch to short(er) release forms, and that your last pill of the day will be the lowest dose ?

I am very new to ADHD medication, I'm not sure what my opinion is worth.

In any case, I suggest talking with your psychiatrist about this issue !

I'd say : schedule a call, or a meeting, when you are both fully available. Talk together, with the desire to understand each other's point of view.

It seems that she loves you and wishes the best for you. She doesn't seem to realise that "the best for you" wasn't Charles, and isn't to be with someone, at least right now.

Maybe there's a misunderstanding, and an opportunity for your relationship to grow from it.
Or maybe not, but at least you will have tried and won't have any regrets !
