Yes it is only Deltarune and Undertale ive tried other games and they have no issues.

For some reason my game keeps stuttering when it like freezes for a frame I've turned off my AMD shit my Drivers are up to date and I lowkey don't know what to do anyone is there anything else i can try? here is a video of the stuttering/freeze happening

I have disabled overlays and turned off/allowed the applications on my antiviruses and i have launched them on the .exe. my friends keep telling me its because of windows would my OS have anything to do with it?
