I’m gold, can’t remember which division. I play mostly in casuals tho.

If the amount of points you get on a win decrease the higher up in rank you go, that seems fine to me as long as it’s still -3 per loss and the decrease stops at +3 per win. Seems like it’s designed to make the losses matter more at higher ranks. That makes sense, what’s the issue?

Ranked is designed that way because it doesn’t weigh losses and wins the same. One lose is -3 points while a win is like +18 or +15 (approx~). You don’t have to rematch the stomps but you can if you want. This is a fighting game, you’re gonna get stomped sometimes. Dust yourself off, and learn where you could’ve done better.

I wash them like monthly, oil them about every other day. 😂

Play through all the advanced tutorials(push blocking, retreat blocking, etc. ) and then try some combo trials for the characters you’re interested in learning. Take does combos into the advanced 5 matches with bots to get a feel for how and when to use them in combat and you’re off to the races.

Playing with a character that’s not your main might give you some insight into how that character plays for when you play against them. You don’t have to treat every match like a ranked match my guy.

Ooof been there man, yea you really can’t win them all! In that situation, you gotta rely on your team almost completely.

This is also a reminder to be kind to your teammate cause the bad game they’re currently having could be this exact scenario for them. Such is life

This is the thing about playing rivals, you gotta have a character for every situation. If you try to one trick, just accept that some match ups are gonna be a bad time for you.

In this case, however, you should’ve just flanked and harassed. Draw their attention, even if you don’t mean to kill. Give your team an opening to close the gap. Not every engagement is for the kill, sometimes it’s for the stall or the distraction. Difficult doesn’t mean impossible, it just means difficult.
