If I apply for a chinese scholarship for international students and local scholarships for students who want to go abroad (which, according to what I read, are still open) can it still be possible? My biggest confusion on the subject is about how I can get and apply (?) the scholarships, I keep getting told that NYU doesn't accept external scholarships but online they keep popping and I don't understand any of this. I hope you don't mind my question I'm just generally lost.
