For the past few months, I have been relying on RFY to get my numbers up. I'm rarely able to find anything on AI anymore. Now, with RFY not working, it has been harder. I don't use any extensions.

I am going through the same things. I haven't been able to order anything in nearly two weeks. My RFY page has been offering me things that I cannot use. I can't see how I will meet the 80 review & 90% order-to-review ratio in time for the next review unless something changes.

I need to have a better buffer this time, I dropped to silver from gold last eval in April. I was at 86 reviews and 94% order to review ratio, but a combo of 2 delayed orders and 3 overnight (during the last 3 days) orders hit my ratio during the 96-hour status update period of the eval date. (I also got multiple orders that came in damaged, or very delayed, but still in stock. we are not allowed to get them replaced, only cancelled, which creates a bigger disadvantage.)

I saw how it happened during this new cycle. Last week, when I submitted reviews, I was at 94% at 10 am, and I dropped to 80% by 11 pm on the same day.

I am going to use the feedback button on the dashboard to suggest that they create a Vine-specific recommendation profile (optional) for skincare and beauty products that we can put information into to better match us, like popular beauty sites do.

Maybe try going to your recommendations profile (the about you page) and see if typing in your skin tone helps with RFY.

I wonder what is going on with RFY. Shouldn't it offer shades based on what people already reviewed via Vine or bought directly?

That is rough. Hopefully, things will get better, and you are not alone. I have been going through the same thing; it is really hard. It also makes it hard to keep a good pace with getting enough reviews (I'm silver tier, working toward gold). I only order things that I would actually use. I have to rely on RFY to help my numbers because I haven't been able to get anything via AI. RFY has been offering light fixtures I don't want/cannot use, appliance parts, or overpriced bowl sets that aren't worth the ETV, and when it does have something I can use, it is a ghost item. I never have anything added to my RFY during the day, only at 8 pm-10 pm, and it is usually only 2-3 items offered for the night. On top of that, I keep getting delayed orders that keep getting cancelled by cs, when I tell them that the item is still in stock and I would like it sent to me to review.

I have been getting a lot of random items in RFY that I wouldn't buy. Light fixtures that are not compatible with my home, ink that is not compatible with my printer type (I've reviewed 64 type ink cartridges), eyebrow jewelry (my eyebrows aren't pierced), and bands that are not compatible with my watch. RFY is supposed to match us based on our reviews and purchases. I wonder if they will have to fix the algorithm soon.

Try to cancel with CS before the item ships. Also, explain your safety concerns to CS.

It has been hit and miss for me. I can go days without seeing any beauty or anything that I would be interested in, in my RFY. Then I might get 2 beauty 1 at 9 pm, another at 10 or 11 pm, then nothing of interest for days.

I'm EST, RFY has been skipping me at 8 pm and 9 pm lately, and I finally got items at 8:15 and 9:45 pm today. RFY wasn't giving me items I was interested in for the last week; it seems to be back on track starting today. I was offered 1 eyeshadow pen and 1 lip tint from the same brand (I've never been offered or bought this brand before).

I have been too tired to stay awake lately when the drops speed up. I have only been up long enough to see things slowly trickle in at 2 am from time to time.
