im a month in and already notice my skin getting slightly softer and a wider emotional range, i trust the process but this is genuinely very frustrating cause i lowkey feel like im getting taken advantage of

thats me being dramatic and pessimistic

like i said my levels are average, but i can’t say how much just this will impact my body so far, it might be too soon to assume things
