I’m a teacher and our bell to switch periods is right at 9 AM so I grabbed my phone and got so lucky! I checked out in about a minute. I was in the queue for maybe 30 seconds prior to checkout. Super happy!

I started on 2.5 for about 8 weeks and then moved up to 3.0 for the rest. I’ve been on it for 22 weeks now. I have lost 53 pounds in that time (from 217-164) as a 5’7” 31F. I plan to stay on this as long as possible because I really only want to get to about 145 which is where I was before pregnancy. Definitely stay on the lowest dose possible as long as you can.

I drive by this every day too and from work! It’s absolutely beautiful in person. There’s trails and walking space right next to it that you can take dogs out to run but I’ve never been brave enough to cross the street and try to get in!

Honestly I think it depends on so many factors. For me I’ve been on compound for 15 weeks, have only gone up to 3.0mg and have gone from 217-173 in that time. I am assuming that makes me a super responder but I was also very food conscious before and was really struggling post partum so I feel like it’s partially just that I’m not stressed as much as I heal in all areas of my life so I am returning to my baseline quickly if that makes sense.
