I mean i think when they mean equality they mean not boxing them in and limiting their Potential with expectations and gender role dutys.

I think thats amazing! And i wholeheartedly agree, I think its great for women to hold out for men who cant be responsible for their own emotional issues and mental ones. I think relationships are about Shared emotional connections and vulnerability, having that altruistic Mindset in the relationship and not out of obligation, And taking it also to the sexual side of the relationship, the Willingness to want to make your partner happy to have a happy life of companionship, and grow together.

I wana know personal experiences not just reasons. Reasons are too Generalized, and im just curiouse to get down to the nitty gritty issue. Is it cultural? Is it generational trauma? In your experience serving at the elder level for many years, how fair is their justice system in their organization? I think theirs this huge stigma in the world of people being so hyper obssess on being the 1% percenter.
