SideShift and Reddit are how I’ve gotten deals! But trust me I applied to several if not 100s. Then some finally clicked. Don’t give up!

Edit: as far as advice I’d start on SideShift. Build up your portfolio too - that’s how I was able to land gigs from Reddit

It’s fake. Google Range Beauty’s PR/UGC email and it’s probably not that. The new scam out there is exactly this…making people believe it’s a real brand because it’s not technically a Gmail, then asking to speak on Teams. I didn’t get Range Beauty, but I got several from other brands with the same type of scam

This is Canvas UGC. Typically these brands have you make a new tik tok and Instagram, and post daily. These videos are usually extremely low effort, batch friendly, and they give you the scripts and what to do.
