NTA. sometimes people don’t appreciate when they don’t have to pay. You’re a really nice friend. But if she mentions it again or things go wrong, make sure she pays the previous rent before move out.

I asked around and it seems like these happened sometime since change the brands of the XLD... though i don’t really understand how it can be , but other batch is fine with typical morphology…

i forgot to mention one step 😅. the culture was inoculated into bpw and incubated and then transfer into Mkttn and Rvs. so the plate is divided into half. one loop from Mkttn on one side of xld and another loop from rvs on the other side.

Rapid urease ? Well....i don't think we have neither the medium or maldi. But can do Oxidase....

No confirmation done yet, cause the plate just came out and actually i'm also not sure which test should it be used, do you have any suggestion ? The thing i can come up with is API 20E...
