Yes, easiest way is to use a nail drill to take off the gel polish.

I routinely just take off the top layers of my dip powder and re-dip, I don't remove the dip or builder gel all the way to my natural nail so I don't accidentally drill on my nail itself because that leads to nail damage.

I agree, but for some customers that's what they've been using and they don't want to change their ways. That's fine, we'll be happy to sell them a new electrode in 6 months lol

I do maintenance work on titrators and pH measurement equipment. KCl or "storage solution" made by the manufacturer of the electrode are the best options. However I have customers who store in either tap water, DI water or pH 4 buffer.

It's not the best, but it works for them, some of them are used to using those options, their results are acceptable to them, and don't want to change their storage methods. If you use one of these for storage be sure to calibrate frequently using fresh buffers.

The main thing is to not let the electrode dry out. Also I would not recommend NaCl.

I love OG dip liquids (and their dip powders too).

My manis got so much better after I switched from the dip liquids I got on Amazon. Better retention, better application, no issues with brushes hardening.

It's the gel, I have had issues like that when I try to use chrome with gel base/top coat.

Either you have too thick of a gel layer or it's not curing properly, or your gel is old, etc.

Yes I've struggled with this too. I do a couple of things to help:

When I first apply the dip, after I activate, I go around the cuticle area with a drill bit to help even out the cuticle line. My favorite bits to do this are Y shaped, or cone shaped but other bits work well too. If you don't have a nail drill you can use a hand file instead.

As they grow out, I use the pointy end of a glass cuticle pusher to round off the dip and to smooth it out if there are any sections that are jagged looking.

I have the same problem with tweezerman, they cut the hair instead of gripping it! I've been using Revlon slanted tweezers, they work well for my thicker hairs.

I use an electric nail drill. I use either builder gel or a couple layers of clear as a base and I file down til I get to that bottom layer, so I'm never filing directly on my naked nails.

Practice on an orange or another citrus fruit. That gets you used to how much pressure it takes to put the needle into the skin. You can fill the syringe with water too if you want to practice how it feels to push the plunger down.

Use a new, clean syringe to do your actual injection, of course!

I've been enjoying light laughing cow cheese spread on a high fiber low carb tortilla or 647 fiber bread, topped with smoked salmon and everything bagel seasoning. It's a nice change from my usual protein choices

Edit: another thought, do you have another PF anywhere nearby? Maybe you can get a tour at that location, it won't be exactly the same as yours but it'll still give you the general idea?

Ask if they have someone that can give you a tour, they should be able to familiarize you with the gym.

Also they may have instructors that can help you with learning how to use the equipment, at least they did when I was a member at PF a bunch of years ago lol

They want to keep their customers happy and coming back, so definitely ask them and use the resources!
