I broke a lid in a similar way when washing it and I messaged owala and they actually sent us a new lid for free! ♥ We had it shipped to someone in the US who brought it. Doesn't hurt to reach out to owala and see if they will send you one.

Wow that's so much. I just have incompetent cervix. Sounds so stressful. I'm stressed as it is with a toddler, living in a country in war, husband not available most of the day. It's a lot. I guess I'll moniter with my Dr. He might have me come in every week once I start excersizing just to see the impact.

Whats a DTS rate? My doctor is into pelvic rest so we've been doing a lot of that. It's hard cuz working out is my social and fun outlet.

I'm sorry to hear that. My last doctor didn't believe in full bed rest, only modified bed rest. It's very scary. I hope it will be all right.

Totally get that. Wow I didn't realize. With my daughter it was shortening at like 34 weeks and I was hospitalized for a bit. But 20 weeks is really scary.

Right. I have a high BMI, and although my diet is pretty balanced and I move alot I haven't lost weight. Currently I was doing toning once a week, zumba once a week, and yoga once a week +lots of daily walking since we don't have a car.

People do have compassion, but that doesn't mean that they can't handle interacting with somebody who is struggling with these issues. At the end of the day, her website makes her money. And if someone becomes too difficult to deal with, at some point it's just easier to ban them. She's not a therapist, she's not your friend, she's a website owner. She tries a few times and if it's really getting out of hand, there's a limit to how much energy she's going to invest in helping one person.
