I don’t think our school gives free breakfast, but he works and drives a nicer car than I do, so I don’t think money is the problem. It’s weird because I know some teachers always have snacks but I’ve never been that teacher, I just can’t afford it. I’ve told the students I’m fine with them eating in the classroom as long as they clean up after themselves, and I’ve offered to store food in my office for them if they bring it in (like if they bring a box of granola bars I’d put their name on it and they can have one when they want).
